Support HSQE performance for the Canada Line in Richmond, BC, using audits, inspections, investigations, and risk assessment skills.

AtkinsRéalis seeks an HSQE Coordinator for a one-year fixed-term contract supporting safety, quality, and environmental performance. You will help maintain ISO-based management systems, support compliance programs, and promote safety across a 24/7 transit operation. The work is mainly in office, with limited remote work arranged in advance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits and inspections across Canada Line field operations
• Identify hazards, assess risks, and support control measures
• Investigate incidents and near misses using root cause analysis

• Deliver training, coaching, and HSQE communications

Requirements:

• Education in Occupational Health and Safety or related discipline
• One to two years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of risk management and regulatory compliance
