Deploy AI Agents for LumApps customers in the Greater Toronto Area, using APIs, LLMs, and full-stack engineering expertise. Travel across North America for workshops. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will connect engineering with customer impact during rapid AI delivery cycles. You will build integrations, navigate technical constraints, and accelerate adoption of LumApps Micro-Apps and Agents. The work focuses on enterprise systems, including SAP, Workday, and ServiceNow, while contributing field insights to Core R&D.; Key Responsibilities:





Map customer data environments and high-friction business workflows Build AI Agent proofs of concept using APIs and webhooks Design middleware and custom enterprise connectors Contribute code that strengthens and evolves the core platform Abstract custom solutions into repeatable Industry Vertical Packs Requirements:

Six-plus years of customer-facing engineering or technical deployment experience Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field Proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, Java, or Python Frontend framework and backend API design experience Skilled English proficiency and North American travel availability Apply full-stack engineering, enterprise integration, and Generative AI curiosity to LumApps customer deployments across North America.
