DescriptionForemost is seeking an Industrial Painter / Coater to join our team at our Stettler facility. While prior industrial coating experience is beneficial, it is not required, as we provide comprehensive, company-paid training for the right candidate. This role focuses on high-durability protection systems, including specialized confined space tank coating (no vessel work required), protective polyurea rockguard application, and precision top coating finishes.Key ResponsibilitiesTank Coating & Lining: Prepare and coat internal tank surfaces safely within confined spaces.Polyurea & Rockguard Application :Learn to operate and maintain plural-component spray systems to apply thick-film polyurea and protective rockguard coatings.Surface Finishing: Apply high-quality industrial topcoats (epoxies, urethanes, to specification using airless, conventional, and spray systems.Safety & Compliance:Adhere strictly to all corporate safety protocols, participate in hazard assessments, and utilize proper respirators and PPE.Quality Control:Utilize wet/dry film thickness gauges and specialized instruments to ensure all manufacturer specifications are met.Qualifications :Prior industrial painting, sandblasting,
