The YMCA of Three Rivers seeks a permanent part time representative for its Cambridge YMCA. You will support members, staff, and volunteers through membership information, facility tours, registrations, sales, and daily administrative tasks. Evening and weekend availability is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enhance member satisfaction through exceptional customer service
- Provide membership and program information and facility tours
- Assist with registrations, memberships, and day pass sales
- Monitor facility activity and respond during emergencies




- Balance POS cash and log member feedback

Requirements:

- Confident, approachable communication and relationship-building skills
- High school diploma and ideally one year customer service experience
- Standard First Aid, CPR-C, and AED certification
- Computer comfort and Microsoft Office familiarity
- Evening and weekend availability with inclusive service awareness
