Provide direct patient care in General Medicine and Nephrology, applying Person Centred Care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This position is based in the General Medicine/Nephrology PSU.

The Registered Nurse plans and implements patient care with patients, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues. The work includes clinical documentation, continuous learning, feedback, and improvement activities. Knowledge of Peritoneal Dialysis supports care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in General Medicine and Nephrology
- Collaborate with patients and families on care planning
- Implement patient care needs with multidisciplinary team members
- Document information according to appropriate standards




- Provide feedback supporting workplace learning and improvement

Requirements:

- Current Ontario Registration as a Registered Nurse
- Current B.C.L.S. certification
- Successful pre-interview quiz completion with 80% passing mark
- Knowledge of Peritoneal Dialysis and Person Centred Care
- Nephrology 1 completion or demonstrated nephrology experience
