Lead fleet safety strategy and Samsara telematics at Enercare in North York, using data and coaching to reduce driver risk.The Fleet Manager, Telematics and Safety leads driver risk reduction initiatives and owns Enercare’s Samsara program. This full time role partners with Health and Safety, Field Leadership, and the third-party driver safety provider. The work combines telematics administration, incident analysis, training coordination, and safety communications.Key Responsibilities: Lead fleet safety strategy, priorities, measures, and improvement plansAdminister Samsara configuration, dashboards, alerts, workflows, and reportingAnalyze driver performance, incidents, scorecards,
