Apply landscape architecture skills with the City of Niagara Falls in a full-time, four-month placement supporting municipal projects. Gain hands-on experience with drawings and site work.

The Landscape Architecture Student supports City Landscape Architects and the Landscape Coordinator. This intern/coop assignment contributes to park, streetscape, and natural area projects. It also provides exposure to municipal design processes and collaboration with engineers, planners, and other municipal professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with conceptual and construction drawing production
- Prepare reports, cost estimates, and construction specifications
- Document construction site visits, meetings, and inspections




- Support public engagement and public presentations
- Inspect park assets and collect project data

Requirements:

- Enrolled in or recently graduated from Landscape Architecture
- Ability to draw manually and render effectively
- Introductory AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Cloud experience
- Valid class G driver’s licence
- Organized, detail-oriented, and solid in communication
