The Operations Improvement Specialist supports systems, technologies, programs, and processes through implementation and transition. You will coordinate stakeholders, gather requirements, identify readiness needs, and develop practical resources. The work involves project managers, operational leaders, subject matter experts, support functions, and end users. Key Responsibilities:

Support initiatives through implementation, adoption, and operational transition Translate priorities into workflows, business rules, and resources Coordinate consultations, validation, readiness, rollout, and feedback Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, constraints,



and trade-offs Publish approved content using SharePoint, Workday, and other platforms Requirements:

Construction, field-based, industrial, project, or operational experience Three or more years supporting programs, systems, or implementation Experience coordinating stakeholders and developing practical workplace resources Solid writing, facilitation, editing, and project coordination skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Apply practical construction knowledge, stakeholder coordination, and implementation skills to help Bird move operational initiatives into sustained use.
