Reporting to the Culinary Services Manager, the Dietary Aide prepares and serves meals directed by the cook. The role requires food handling knowledge, empathy for seniors, and effective communication. You will support high-quality care through respectful service and resident-focused meal experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver meals pleasantly and courteously to residents
- Assist with preparing, plating, and serving food
- Respect resident preferences and special dietary requirements
- Maintain serveries, tables, storage areas, fridges, and freezers
- Clean tables, manage dishes, and support dishwasher operations

Requirements:

- Current approved food handling training certificate
- Food service experience is necessary
- Understanding of and empathy for seniors
- Knowledge of food handling, storage, and HACCP
- Required screening, health results, and two supervisory references
