Use cranes, rigging, and magnets as a Steel Processing Production Team Member at Weir in Lively, Ontario. Work onsite on rotating day and afternoon shifts.

This full time position supports steel processing operations at Weir. You will load and unload plates, prepare parts, and maintain operational flow. The work includes strapping, grinding, labeling, packaging, demagnetizing, inventory tracking, and housekeeping. Safety remains central to every task.

Key Responsibilities:

- Load and unload plates using cranes, magnets, and rigging
- Perform strapping, grinding, labeling, packaging, and demagnetizing
- Assist steel coordinators with staging parts efficiently
- Track parts and inventory within the department
- Maintain clean work areas, tools, and equipment

Requirements:

- Crane operation or equivalent rigging and magnet experience
- Strong safety mindset supporting zero harm behaviors
- Proficiency with hand tools, grinders, torches, and pallet jacks
- Self-motivation and excellent situational awareness
- Readiness to work onsite rotating shifts
