Provide personal care in person with the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority as a Community Health Care Aide in Winnipeg. Support clients respectfully.

This clinical position serves WRHA Community Health Services at Access Winnipeg West. The role requires a recognized Health Care Aide course, effective communication, critical thinking, and organized workload management. Care may involve individuals with physical or cognitive impairments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide safe, effective personal care respectfully
- Consider each individual’s comfort, privacy, and dignity
- Communicate with clients, families, and coworkers
- Organize and prioritize assigned workload
- Travel between client homes when required

Requirements:

- Recognized Health Care Aide course completion
- Valid Manitoba Class 5 driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle access or year-round travel willingness
- Basic computer skills using Word and Outlook
- Ability to work shifts and weekends
