This role will define cloud, integration, and data architecture for complex technology programs, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, and scalability.This is a hybrid role in downtown Toronto, with 2-3 days a week in the office.What You'll Be DoingDesign enterprise solution and data architecture on the Azure/Microsoft stack to support complex technology programsArchitect scalable cloud, integration, and data solutions using APIs, Kafka/event-driven architecture, and modern data pipelinesDesign and oversee data pipelines and ETL processes using tools such as Azure Data Factory and Microsoft FabricDefine integration patterns and API strategies across enterprise applications and servicesDesign SQL/No SQL data models and storage solutions to support application and analytics needsEnsure architecture decisions align with enterprise security, governance, and architecture standardsPartner with delivery leads, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designsReview and guide technical implementation to ensure solutions are built according to architectural designIdentify architectural risks and trade-offs,



and provide recommendations to stakeholders and leadershipStay current on Azure platform capabilities and recommend improvements to architecture and toolingWhat You'll Need To Be Successful10+ years of experience in enterprise solution/data architecture on Azure/Microsoft stackStrong experience designing scalable cloud, integration, and data solutions using APIs, Kafka/event-driven architecture, SQL/No SQL, and data pipelines/ETLHands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Microsoft FabricWorking knowledge of security, governance, and enterprise architecture standardsStrong understanding of modern data platform and integration patternsProven ability to communicate complex technical designs to both technical and business stakeholdersExperience working within large, complex enterprise environmentsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsBlanc Labs is enabling a digital future.
