As Store Manager, you will oversee daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance. Value Buds operates across several Canadian provinces, delivering cannabis products through convenient locations and everyday low prices. This position combines people leadership, inventory control, merchandising, reporting, and regulatory compliance. Cannabis, liquor, or regulated retail experience is preferred, alongside recognized cannabis selling certification. You will also verify identification and follow company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily store operations and operational excellence
- Recruit, train, coach,



and manage store teams
- Drive sales, KPIs, labour, and budget performance
- Manage inventory, merchandising, and reporting
- Ensure provincial cannabis regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- Three-plus years’ retail or customer service leadership experience
- Solid sales, people leadership, and operational skills
- Recognized cannabis selling certification
- Minimum provincial age requirement of 18 or 19
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and pass screening
