VF Corporation seeks a Security Guard for its Eaton Centre retail site. You will support a safe, secure, and welcoming setting for customers and staff. The work includes patrols, communication, incident documentation, safety-policy enforcement, and emergency response. Previous security, customer service, law enforcement, or related experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Patrol inside and outside the retail store
- Communicate regularly with staff, dispatchers, and Paladin management
- Enforce established safety and security policies
- Investigate and document incidents, hazards, and complaints
- Respond to emergencies using site protocols

Requirements:

- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- UOF and MOAB certifications or training willingness
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
