Lead feed mill production through hands-on supervision, quality control, and daily operations coordination across office and mill environments. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Production Manager directs feed mill personnel and evaluates workflow. The position oversees production output, product quality, on-time deliveries, employee training, and regulatory compliance. It also maintains company policies, programs, procedures, and operating systems. Key Responsibilities:

Direct, plan, coordinate, and participate in mill operations Supervise, train, cross-train, and evaluate production personnel Maintain output, quality standards, and on-time deliveries Update HACCP, GMP, safety programs, and SOPs Coordinate compliance, permits, audits, and certifications Requirements:

Two years of managerial experience in a production facility One year of logistics experience Knowledge of feed mill operations Post-secondary education or five years’ relevant feed mill experience Communication, organization, and cost-control skills Apply feed mill knowledge, production leadership, regulatory oversight, and hands-on management to daily plant performance.
