As US Carrier Sales Manager, you will manage the capacity team and connect carrier partners with operations and planning resources. The full time schedule runs Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with overtime flexibility. Reporting to the Director of Capacity, you will support high-volume intra-US freight through load planning, carrier sourcing, and transportation management systems. This position focuses entirely on sourcing carriers for US domestic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the capacity team and monitor daily load volumes
- Secure transportation capacity with preferred or contracted carriers
- Track carrier performance and provide continuous improvement feedback
- Coordinate dispatch, terminal, and warehouse load execution
- Maintain capacity data and support operational reporting

Requirements:

- One to three years in logistics or transportation
- Experience sourcing US domestic freight carriers
- Familiarity with load planning, carrier sourcing, or TMS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
