This contract, on-call position supports varied client sites throughout Windsor, Ontario. You will provide safety, access control, and customer service tailored to each location. Responsibilities include emergency response, conflict de-escalation, documentation, and coordination with site staff and local law enforcement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor cameras and report suspicious activity immediately
- Control entry points and restrict unauthorized access
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, evacuations, and medical situations
- Greet visitors and provide directions professionally
- Document activity, incidents, and safety breaches

Requirements:

- Valid First Aid and CPR Level C certification
- College or university education
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Legal authorization to work in Canada
- Flexible overnight and short-notice availability
