Serve small business clients through insurance renewals, endorsements, and consultative solutions with Cowan Insurance Group’s SBS team in a hybrid environment.

As a Service Consultant, you will provide professional Property and Casualty insurance services to small and mid-sized commercial businesses. Reporting to the Supervisor, Small Business Solutions, you will retain clients, support portfolios, and build lasting relationships. Your work will combine communication, organization, problem-solving, and risk identification across client files.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process renewals and endorsements for commercial client files
- Remarket clients where applicable to support retention
- Cross sell and service an existing business portfolio
- Maintain complete,



organized files using EPIC and activity codes
- Identify client risks and forward opportunities to other business lines

Requirements:

- Required RIBO license
- Two to three years of Property and Casualty insurance experience
- Solid organization, prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong resolution and negotiation skills
