The position supports prescription data entry, refill processing, medication selection, packaging, labeling, and third-party billing. It also requires customer service, privacy compliance, and referral of clinical inquiries to the pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and gather prescription information according to Standards
- Accurately dispense, count, measure, package, and label prescriptions
- Process new prescriptions, refill requests, and pharmacy system data




- Adjudicate third-party billing and manage related accounts
- Refer clinical inquiries and counseling needs to pharmacists

Requirements:

- Registration with the corresponding provincial licensing college
- Diploma from a Pharmacy Technician College
- Previous pharmacy experience preferred
