Admissions Cashiers serve customers at attractions throughout West Edmonton Mall. The work combines computerized till operation, cash, credit card, and automatic debit transactions, and customer enquiry resolution. Knowledge of pricing, schedules, events, rules, and promotions supports accurate information.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and acknowledge every customer in a friendly environment
- Process admission transactions across Mall attractions accurately
- Maintain till funds and adequate change supplies
- Calculate and reconcile daily cash received




- Keep registration desks clean and properly stocked

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous cash handling or sales experience is an asset
- Ability to operate a computerized till system
- Ability to complete repetitive work accurately
- Flexible Monday through Sunday availability, including holidays

Support West Edmonton Mall guests through accurate admissions transactions, attraction information, cash handling, and attentive customer service.
