Patient check-in, pre-testing, and eyewear support define this full time Patient Services Specialist position at FYidoctors Saskatoon - Atrium on 1st.

Working 30-40 hours weekly, you will support patients throughout their clinic experience. The position includes communication, appointment coordination, billing, payments, and prescription preparation. You will also contribute to comprehensive eye care through pre-testing and assist with eyewear services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and manage clinic check-in and check-out
- Engage with patients in person, by phone, and email
- Perform pre-testing supporting comprehensive eye care
- Coordinate appointments, prescriptions, billing, and payments
- Manage eyewear pick-ups, repairs, and adjustments

Requirements:

- Previous retail experience considered an asset
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities
- Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive approach
