As a Client Service Representative on CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will support clients in a Banking Center. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, and connect clients with appropriate team members. The position serves day-to-day banking needs and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help clients manage accounts and financial products
- Answer questions about day-to-day banking needs
- Assist clients with banking transactions
