Calgary Sports & Entertainment seeks Event Staff for Operations - Field, reporting to the Site Manager. You will assist customers through parking entry and exit, address concerns within site policies, process cash, POS, and validations, and maintain accurate records. The work supports Calgary Flames and Calgary Stampeders events in the City of Calgary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with parking payments and entry procedures
- Manage challenging interactions while following site policies
- Process tickets, parking fees, and customer validations
- Prepare shift reports, sort tickets, and balance revenues
- Report equipment deficiencies, safety concerns, and site issues

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- Customer service experience required
