The work includes plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, carpentry, work orders, and resident communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general maintenance and complete small building repairs
- Respond to after-hours and weekend emergencies rotationally
- Complete cleaning, landscaping, and snow removal when needed
- Process, complete, and close maintenance work orders

Requirements:

- Three to five years of building maintenance experience
