This Commercial Insurance Account Manager manages day-to-day service needs while supporting a Risk Advisor. The work includes policy changes, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and client inquiries. You will coordinate with insurers and internal departments while developing commercial insurance knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and inquiries
- Respond promptly and professionally to emails and calls
- Track renewal timelines and outstanding documentation
- Prepare proposals, submissions, binders,



and property schedules
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC

Requirements:

- Level 2 BC Insurance License
- Five or more years managing commercial insurance accounts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and workload management
- Microsoft Office Suite and EPIC proficiency
