YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD seeks a permanent Lunchtime Supervisor under the School Principal’s direction. The position involves supervising students, encouraging respectful behavior, and communicating concerns. Experience with children and good communication skills are key.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise students indoors and outdoors during lunch breaks
- Monitor behavior and encourage respect, kindness, and inclusivity
- Report misconduct and atypical situations to school leadership
- Support appropriate play and watch out-of-bounds areas
- Assist with emergencies, training sessions, and staff meetings

Requirements:

- Less than high school graduation plus additional training or education
- Minimum one month of required experience
- Experience working with children
- Good communication skills and positive demeanor
- Ability to respect school confidentiality requirements
