Support compassionate pet care as a Part Time Veterinary Receptionist, using customer service and organization across approximately 20–30 weekly hours. Welcome clients, patients, and owners professionally.

At NVA Canada, you will support daily veterinary practice operations as a customer-focused receptionist. Responsibilities include intake, discharge, scheduling, communication, records, payments, client education, and patient flow. Previous veterinary clinic experience is preferred, while Avimark experience is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome clients and patients professionally and warmly
- Complete front desk, intake, and discharge duties
- Schedule appointments according to patient needs
- Process invoices, payments, cash balancing,



and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records and support effective patient flow

Requirements:

- Previous veterinary clinic experience preferred
- Avimark or veterinary software experience considered an asset
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Compassion, patience, and attention to detail
