Support patient-centred pharmacy care with prescription processing and Kroll experience at Save-On-Foods’ Meadows location in Edmonton, Alberta.

As a Pharmacy Assistant with Save-On-Foods, you will support pharmacy teams serving customers and communities. The position includes prescription intake, patient information entry, inventory activities, merchandising programs, operational procedures, and communication with pharmacists. Save-On-Foods is a division of Pattison Food Group Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive written prescriptions and refill requests
- Enter patient and prescription information into the computer
- Order, receive, return, and correct pharmacy inventory
- Check expiry dates and balance owing
- Communicate allergy interactions and billing information to pharmacists

Requirements:

- Complete an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program
- Have two years of dispensary experience
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bring a robust work ethic and get-it-done attitude
- Kroll computer experience is an asset
