Lead human resources strategy across Western Canada with employee relations and safety expertise at ASSA ABLOY. This onsite Oakville role includes approximately 30% travel.

As Regional Human Resources Manager, you will partner with operational leaders across multiple sites. The work spans workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, compliance, succession planning, and organizational change. You will also support employee relations, investigations, accommodations, and union relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary human resources partner for regional leaders
- Guide employee relations, investigations, performance, and conflict resolution
- Champion safety programs, incident management, and risk mitigation
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training,



and employee development
- Lead regional human resources initiatives and organizational changes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
- Seven or more years of progressive human resources experience
- Three years in a senior human resources leadership role
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and employee relations
- Robust Western Canada employment legislation knowledge
