BDO seeks an Insolvency Advisor for its Personal Debt Solutions team in Edmonton. You will assess debtor situations, recommend options, and assist debtors and creditors with bankruptcies and proposals. The position includes client documentation, presentations, outreach, and social media promotion. Training is provided for initial consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform initial consultations and assess debtor situations
- Recommend appropriate personal debt solution options
- Assist debtors and creditors regarding bankruptcies and proposals




- Review interview forms and prepare signing documents
- Deliver outreach, presentations, and social media promotion

Requirements:

- Two or more years in customer service or relevant fields
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous insolvency experience is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Availability for one evening shift weekly until 7:30pm
