Air Canada Vacations seeks a Technician, Accounts Payable for a temporary six-month assignment. You will calculate, verify, reconcile, and post invoices while ensuring payments follow Hotelex contracts and deadlines. The work includes margin analysis, supplier communication,



and financial transaction accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review invoices for complete documentation before payment
• Reconcile and post invoices in the accounting system
• Validate supplier statements and business partner information
• Analyze margins and correct errors before month-end closing
• Handle daily requests in the Accounts Payable mailbox

Requirements:

• College diploma in accounting or related field
• At least two years of Accounts Payable experience
• Perfectly bilingual in French and English
• Advanced Excel, Word, and Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
