Reimagined Parking seeks a Valet Attendant for its Operations team in Downtown Ottawa Central. You will coordinate vehicle arrivals and departures while providing prompt, courteous guest assistance. The work includes parking, retrieval, ticketing, vehicle inspections, and professional communication. English and French fluency is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests, retrieve keys, issue tickets, and enter customer information
- Park and retrieve vehicles safely while tracking their locations
- Inspect vehicles and document pre-existing damage accurately
- Provide directions, assistance,



and responsive customer service
- Report incidents, accidents, or claims immediately to supervisors

Requirements:

- Valid Full G driver's license and good driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- At least 18 years old and background check eligible
- Authorization to work in Canada with required documentation
