Lead enterprise governance and assurance at Interac, strengthening delivery standards, controls, and objective oversight across Canada’s digital payments ecosystem.Reporting to the Leader, Solution Delivery Centre of Excellence, this lead partners with Product, Technology, Delivery, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, Security, Finance, Audit, Legal, and Architecture stakeholders. You will reinforce governance standards across complex enterprise portfolios. The work requires sound judgement, executive presence, analytical discipline, and constructive challenge.Key Responsibilities: Establish enterprise delivery standards, governance frameworks, stage gates, policies, and controlsDefine decision authorities, approval requirements, escalation paths, and governance expectationsConduct governance reviews, health checks, and delivery assurance assessmentsLead governance forums,
