Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and civil design skills as an Intermediate Civil Technologist with PRI in Surrey, BC. This is a full time, permanent position.

PRI seeks an Intermediate Civil Technologist for its Surrey team. You will support civil engineering design, drafting, and construction administration across residential, commercial, municipal, transportation, and land development projects. The work combines office design with field delivery across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare site, grading, servicing, and civil engineering drawings
- Design roads, storm sewers, sanitary systems, watermains, and site servicing
- Complete quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and technical calculations
- Conduct surveys, assessments, inspections,



and as-built verification
- Document construction progress, quality assurance, and contractor compliance

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology
- Three to five years of consulting civil engineering experience
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with grading, servicing, and stormwater management
- Eligibility for AScT or CET registration through ASTTBC
