This Leasing Specialist role supports residential property management across rental communities in Canada. You will build resident relationships, address concerns, manage leasing activity, and coordinate property-related needs. The position suits candidates with customer service, sales, office administration,



or related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build relationships and address resident concerns
• Manage leasing from inquiry through resident onboarding
• Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
• Collect payments and inspect the property
• Facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests

Requirements:

• One to two years’ related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an asset
• Robust oral, written, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Valid licence, clean abstract, and reliable insured vehicle
