This full-time position will report to the Associate Superintendent, Business and Finance.The CandidateWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for complex reconciliations, monthly/annually financial reporting and for the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable. Perform deep-dive analysis on deposits to ensure correct coding and business justification.Manage the intake, verification, and departmental routing of invoices.



Collaborate with senior finance staff to audit A/P batches for accuracy, timing, and compliance with organizational spending policiesInvestigate variances within the General Ledger, ensuring all adjustments are supported by adequate documentation and authorized according to internal control protocolsLead the collection, compilation, and entry of third-party invoicing and deposits.Regulatory reporting to various government departments (e.G.
