As a Stocking Team Associate, you will review area workloads and execute duties based on operational functions. The position includes customer assistance, product promotion, merchandise locating, and issue resolution. You will also support the Customer Availability Process through merchandise handling and CAP/VizPicking bins.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers politely and provide friendly customer service
- Review workload for assigned store areas
- Accurately sign merchandise and maintain shelf capacity
- Work merchandise and CAP/VizPicking bins
- Prepare backroom areas for stock unloading

Requirements:

- Be 16 years of age or older
- Use assigned fixtures, supplies, and tools properly
- Follow company safety policies and procedures
- Complete safety sweep logs as required
- Help maintain a clean, hazard-free environment
