As Community Leader, you will oversee daily operations for a multi-family residential community. You will manage leasing, resident relationships, tenancy compliance, maintenance coordination, and reporting. Your work will create a welcoming, well-maintained community while balancing financial and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead leasing activities, applicant screening, and lease administration
- Address resident concerns, disputes, and challenging situations fairly

Requirements:

- At least two years of leadership experience
