Design scalable data warehouses and ETL pipelines for Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform. Part-time or full-time arrangements are available. As a data platform engineer, you will build systems supporting analytics, workflow insights, and economic modeling. You will work with SQL, data modeling, cloud-based data operations, and ingestion frameworks. The work includes systems that make Reflow data usable, rapid, and insightful. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain scalable data warehouses Develop ETL pipelines from APIs and internal systems Model datasets for analytics and product features Build dashboards using Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI Implement event-based pipelines for real-time reporting Requirements: Experience with warehouse architecture and analytics infrastructure Strong SQL and data modeling skills Hands-on ETL and data ingestion experience Understanding of cost, scalability, and complexity tradeoffs Curiosity about data-driven insights and automation Build Reflow’s intelligence layer through scalable warehouses, optimized pipelines, reliable data, and analytics-focused engineering. #J-18808-Ljbffr
