This senior transportation engineering leadership role directs technical delivery, project performance, commercial activities, client relationships, and people leadership. You will support roadway, highway, municipal transportation, transit infrastructure, and major capital programs involving provincial authorities and municipal clients. The position covers concept development, detailed design, construction support, and implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead roadway and highway design from concept through construction support Direct multidisciplinary coordination across structures, drainage, traffic, utilities, and geotechnical disciplines Manage submissions, technical reviews, approvals,
