Lead P3 operations technical performance for Interior Health in Kamloops, with regular travel to Penticton and expertise in hospital building services.

This full-time term Technical Lead supports the Manager in managing P3 contracts for Interior Health. The position provides technical advice on deficiencies, defects, maintenance, and lifecycle matters across two hospital sites. It also oversees quality assurance, audits, capital renovations, and technical issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage P3 partner contracts and technical performance issues
- Lead quality assurance plans, walkthroughs, meetings, and monthly audits
- Resolve site issues, conflicts, and technical concerns between parties
- Report performance and issues to the Manager




- Support uninterrupted hospital site services through ongoing standards monitoring

Requirements:

- Licensed Red Seal trade certificate in an applicable trade
- Seven to ten years of relevant work experience
- Three years of additional workplace training
- Public-Private Partnership experience is an asset
- Solid analysis, communication, facilitation, and project leadership abilities
