RESOPS seeks a Resident Manager team responsible for maintaining physical property condition to SKPM standards. The team coordinates repairs, cleaning, leasing, rent collection, safety checks, and resident communication. Both partners must submit resumes together as one combined document.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate trades, suppliers, repairs, and facilities services
- Maintain common areas, grounds, equipment, and building cleanliness
- Show vacant suites and support leasing administration
- Respond to residents, applicants, emergencies, and service requests
- Complete safety inspections, checklists, and required reports

Requirements:

- High school diploma, minimum Grade 12
- Preferred three to five years technical experience
- Previous Resident Manager experience preferred
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors
