Eataly seeks a seasonal Restaurant Server with POS expertise and robust communication skills for onsite service through January 3, 2027. Coordinate dining stations while supporting an Italian marketplace experience for guests.

This seasonal Server reports to Restaurant Managers and coordinates complete service stations. The position involves greeting guests, explaining specials, handling food and beverage orders, and communicating with kitchen and front-of-house teams. Smart Serve certification, basic math skills, and dining room procedure knowledge are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and present menus promptly
- Explain specials, menu changes, food, beverages, and allergies
- Enter orders through POS and relay them accurately
- Coordinate with hosts,



support teams, kitchens, and bartenders
- Present, open, and pour wine and beer

Requirements:

- Valid Smart Serve certification
- Excellent communication and basic math skills
- Knowledge of service sequence and dining procedures
- Flexible onsite availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and remain mobile eight hours
