This senior management role oversees HR support for client organizations in coordination with Human Resources teams. Reporting to the Global Head of HR Partnership for all Functions, you will manage teams across geographies. The role focuses on HR strategy, lifecycle processes, and organizational performance. 15+ years of relevant experience Experience in people management Demonstrated analytical and leadership skills Robust relationship management and communication skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred Bring senior HR leadership, analytical judgment, and relationship management to Citi’s global human resources organization.
