The Manager, Process Engineering leads process analysts and engineers while developing improvement plans for key processes and work centers. You will standardize procedures and product flow, support Value Stream performance, and guide initiatives across Canada Post. Undergraduate engineering degree, preferably industrial, management, or process engineering Skilled Engineering designation required or completed within one year Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred Three to five years of relevant functional experience Two or more years supervising, with bilingual communication required Bring process engineering leadership, Lean Six Sigma expertise, analytics, and stakeholder management to Canada Post’s Montréal operations.
