Lead pensions client support across Surrey and WFH, combining people leadership with strong stakeholder management in a hybrid schedule. As Pensions Servicing Senior Manager, you will manage five specialists supporting new and existing clients, internal stakeholders, and third parties. Your DB or DC pensions background will guide daily planning, problem solving, and service oversight. The team supports new business acquisitions, retention, client visits, and pitches.
