Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper or designate, this position handles routine guestroom and bathroom cleaning. You will prepare rooms, make beds, replenish supplies, and respond to guest requests. The role also includes maintaining equipment and supporting guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and prepare guest rooms for cleaning
- Make beds according to hotel standards
- Replenish guestroom and bathroom supplies
- Deliver and retrieve guest loan items
- Respond to guest calls, requests, and complaints

Requirements:

- Lift objects up to 25 pounds independently
- Push and pull loaded housekeeping carts
- Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk extended periods
- Work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required
