Drive sales growth at White Cap through customer service, product knowledge, and accurate order support by phone, email, and electronic communication.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will facilitate sales opportunities, upsell accounts, and support outside salespersons. You will manage customer quotations, product information, order entry, pricing, and follow-up. The work supports sales, gross margin, and corporate service goals through dependable customer assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate current sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails
- Enter sales orders accurately and promptly into computer systems
- Provide product information, pricing, and logistics support
- Track open orders and resolve customer issues
- Perform estimating, take-off, and proposal duties as needed

Requirements:

- Generally two to five years of relevant experience
- One to five years of sales experience
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Inventory sales experience preferred
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
