JLL seeks an experienced Automation Manager for industrial processes and warehouse distribution equipment. The position covers Ladder Logic, structured text, control software, industrial networks, and SCADA devices. You will support conveyors, sortation systems, scanners, cameras, print-and-apply systems, and material handling equipment while prioritizing safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as site technical expert in automation control systems
- Design, implement, and optimize control systems and software
- Maintain and troubleshoot PLC, PC controllers, and industrial networks




- Analyze material handling metrics and lead troubleshooting efforts
- Conduct root cause analysis and drive process improvements

Requirements:

- Two-plus years with PLC-controlled automation systems
- Experience developing and troubleshooting Ladder Logic and structured text
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor automation engineers
- Proficiency using CMMS and coordinating maintenance activities
- Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays
