Support facility safety and customer service as a temporary, part time Hallway Monitor in Toronto/East York, with various shifts.

The City of Toronto’s Community Recreation Branch seeks Hallway Monitors for Masaryk Cowan and Holy Family Community Centres. You will support facility operations, building supervision, customer service, and public safety. The work includes patrols, incident response, documentation, and training participation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support facility operations and building supervision
- Assist staff with customer service
- Patrol isolated areas, doorways, program spaces, and perimeters
- Enforce safety regulations and Divisional policies
- Report incidents and complete required forms

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Complete mandatory NEO, REO, and WHMIS training
- Understand relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
- Provide current WSIB-recognized Basic First Aid certification
- Obtain PHCD certification through the provided mandatory course
